1. IN A GLASS OF WATER
The easiest recipe out there! A no-brainer superfood to charge your day with organic chlorophyll & give you vital energy in no time.
Materials Needed
- A Clean Mug Or, Glass
- Pure Drinking Water
- A dry & clean spoon
- Pre-made Wheatgrass Powder (1 tsp)
- Lemon (optional)
- Spices of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Pour water into your mug or glass (only one-third of it)
- Take 1 tsp of wheatgrass powder with a spoon
- Mix it into the water
- Fill the glass with more water
- Leave at least 1/2 inch of the glass/mug at the top
- Give it a mix again
- Squeeze a slice of lemon (optional)
- Sprinkle your favorite spices (totally optional)

- Mint (1 or 2 handfuls) – fresh or frozen
- Whipped cream (made from coconut) (optional)
- A blender
- A long stirring spoon
- Purified cold water (optional)
- A knife & cutting tray for chopping
Instructions
- Chop the mind with the knife on a chopping board
- Put it into the blender
- Put all the ingredients except the cacao nibs & whipped cream
- Connect the power chord of your blender
- Close the lid of your blender

Instructions
